![]() i think it has something to do with the axis settings. then the a axis indexed 120deg.but the z axis went down and to the right of the a axis.and the z was doing+- moves to do the circular interpolation.instead of staying at the 12oclock position.and having the x and y do the pocket. it was 3 small flat spots spaced equally around an aluminum shaft to prep for spot and driling.the first 2d pocket was ok(which was at the top 0degree position). I was able to get the fourth axis indexing what looks like properly. ![]()
